Неотъемлемым фактором успеха при изготовлении моделей и форм является максимально возможная точность. Изготовленная в форме деталь не должна требовать объемной доработки, в то же время должны соблюдаться все обусловленные технологией допуски на материал. Итак, к качеству поверхности формы предъявляются самые высокие требования, выполнить их без применения соответствующих смазок невозможно.
Высокие требования к применяемой смазке предъявляет также осуществляемая в большинстве случаев дополнительная обработка изготовленных деталей, например склеивание, лакирование и покрытие. Компания Münch Chemie International взялась за решение этой проблемы. Разрабатываемые нашей компанией системы разделения рассчитываются на максимально возможную совместимость с дальнейшими стадиями производственного процесса. Таким образом, последующая обработка осуществляется без предварительной обработки поверхностей изготовленных деталей, которая требует много времени.
