Nous nous rendons sur place pour identifier les problèmes et ainsi comprendre les exigences de nos clients. Nos collaborateurs du service extérieur sont formés dans les secteurs industriels dans lesquels ils assistent les clients.
Les histoires de Charles Goodyear et de John Boyd Dunlop, fermier en Irlande, qui devint fabricant de pneus, nous sont connues, tout comme l'orthographe de caoutchouc acrylique butadiène-acrylonitrile (NBR). La compréhension des matières et des besoins de nos clients nous permet de développer des produits de façon ciblée. Un centre technique entièrement équipé offre la possibilité de tester les produits chez nous pour éviter de bloquer les capacités de production de nos clients.
